Union Dues
✔️Dues are 2% of our base wages, (excluding OT or differentials) and are capped at $125 a month for our highest wage earners.
For example, only $2 out of every $100 you earn go toward your dues.
✔️We won’t pay dues until we negotiate our first contract and it is voted on and approved by the 1199 RNs at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital.
✔️There are no initiation fees for any employee hired before we vote to approve our first contract.
